How dare they make Spencer the PERFECT PARTNER for someone and then have the nerve to not show him in a relationship that lasted more than 3 episodes.

I'll never understand why it's seen as obsessive or radical to center female issues in your politics. How is it insane, overly specific, unnecessary ect to focus on issues that affect 50% of the human population?

Current mood...
🩸 Did you know severe stress can delay your period? When you're feeling really stressed or anxious, your body might delay your period as sort of a "I can't deal with this right now" response. However this sometimes backfires as anyone who menstruates knows, a late period can cause more alarm and stress!
🩸 An occasional late period is normal, but if your period is more than a week late it might be time to take a pregnancy test.
🩸 If you frequently have late or irregular periods, please see a medical professional

It is such a shame I cant go back in time and teach my younger self what period products work for her. I spent so many years struggling with tampons and super uncomfortable disposable pads.
Discovering a period cup that works for me and washable period underwear was the best thing I ever did. I would’ve saved young me from so much discomfort and bled-through clothes.
Anyone with periods here who has only used disposable pads and/or tampons and doesn’t like them, I beg you it’s worth it to explore other options. Talk to your friends, do research online. Heck I’ve done a bunch of stuff, feel free to reach out to me.
(And remember please to not shame anyone for their choice of period products. Everyone should be able to use what works the best for them. Our bodies are all different, so it makes sense that we would all use different products and methods)

Also I remember I saw something that like, someone was saying like 'oh y'all just want Beyoncé to do all the work cause y'all want Black women to head every movement'
Like, let's back up a second. Like do people try to make Black women do all the work whilst sitting back waiting yeah. Do people expect more of Black women than others yes.
But that's not what we're talking about, Beyoncé has not said anything about what's happening in Palestine, Congo, or Sudan. Her movie is still being shown in Israel. People who boast about murdering Palestinian people singing Break My Soul while waving their flags. People in a country murdering men women and children, turning them into martyrs, ruining some of the world's oldest churches and mosques, people dying to make our phones and computers, people in the midst of a war that's displacing people, setting up circumstances for sexual violence against women, and you can't say anything? Beyoncé's reach is astronomical someone like her or even that white woman saying something would have an impact and they have the money and the means to support themselves should something happen because other people are literally losing jobs and being attacked, some of them are dead and some will never be the same.
Also, someone pointed out that activists in one way or another are putting their lives on the line for a particular cause, they risk being locked up or murdered and God knows what else to help others. You not Malcolm X because you re-posted a few Instagram reels let's be serious. That's not to take away from posting online and its impact because it helps connect people, the internet is how people come to know these things are even happening in the first place but activists have a lot to lose no matter their cause, which is to say no one's saying people like Beyoncé or White lady or Selena Gomez need to be activists but they could say something. I mean esp with those last two they speak up on like their ex boyfriends like someone gives a shit but now people are dying and been doing so for God knows how long (its just now at the forefront) you silent? Okay

"oh my god, what about Hamas".....SHUT UP, SHUT THE FUCK UP. If Hamas it's so goddamn dangerous like Israel is fucking saying it, then Israel has the worse military in the whole goddamn world, their military is fucking useless. How can you bomb literally everywhere, and find at most 10 people that are part of Hamas? How?
And no, I'm not defending theorists, fuck Hamas, fuck their beliefs, I want Jewish people to be safe, I'm not saying that we should hunt Jewish people, again I want for Jewish people to be safe, I'm just saying that fucking tired of seeing kids caring bags with their families pieces, I'm tired of seeing and hearing mothers and fathers crying because their kid died of starvation, I'm tired of seeing people being dehumanized over and over again. I'm tired of seeing this word getting more and more polluted because of this genocide, I'm tired of hearing this same fucking argument over and over again.
"but what about Hamas"
"but the beheaded babies"
"so you want Jewish people to die?"
LIKE SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! AND FREE PALESTINE, FUCK ISRAEL!!!

IMPORTANT TO ALL Y’ALL WHO LIVE IN THE US:
Due to changes made to the CARES Act, menstrual products are now federally classified as “qualified medical expenses” making them reimbursable. If you have bought any menstrual products since January 1 2020 and kept the receipts, or will keep the receipts from now on, check the IRS website to see if you are eligible for refunds.

Are Carefree Hygiene Pads Linked to Cancer?
This question disturbs me a lot as I’ve used Carefree Hygiene pads for some time. And, I cannot believe I bought them, as I thought they were safe and of high quality. And, I’ve suggested them to my friends too. Before adding my sorrow to you dear friends, let me share with you the story I heard today that disturbed my weekend. A recent lawsuit against the hygiene brand “Carefree” has raised…

A Beginner's Guide to Menstrual Cups
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Menstrual cups are great little devices, but a lot of people are put-off from using them because they're not sure how to use one; what shape they should use, and most importantly, how to clean them! So here's a handy little guide for beginners or anyone who's curious about them and getting one!
I recommend the put a cup in it website for additional info and quiz to find which shape might work for you!✨
Menstrual cups are a great option if you're looking for a more environmentally friendly 💚 and cost-effective period product and they're reusable so you don't need to buy product every single month! They also super compact and portable so you'll never be caught off-guard when your period starts!
However it is important to note that menstrual cups aren't for everyone and that's okay, each body is different and only you know what feels right for your body. If suffer from vaginismus or another condition which made inserting things painful, a cup may not be for you.
